How are orders shipped?

In-stock items are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days following successful order review and payment confirmation. Custom synthesis, bulk, or back-ordered items may require additional lead time — you will be notified of any delays.

Do you ship internationally?

Returns & Refund Policy

What is the returns policy?

Due to the specialized nature and strict storage requirements of research peptides, all sales are considered final once an order has been fulfilled and shipped. We do not accept routine returns, refunds, or exchanges on completed orders.

What if my order arrived damaged or incorrect?

If your shipment arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or is otherwise defective, please contact our support team immediately with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We will review and resolve eligible cases promptly.

Are there any exceptions?
