Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing

Standard orders will be packed and shipped within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time may be slightly extended during peak shopping seasons.

Transit Time

Estimated international transit time: 8–18 business days. The timeframe is for reference only and does not constitute a guaranteed delivery date. Delays may occur due to customs inspection, logistics congestion, holidays or local governmental policies.

Customs & Duties

We have no control over customs inspection rules of each destination country. Buyers shall cooperate to complete customs clearance if parcels are detained by customs.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer. Address modification after shipment cannot be guaranteed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If the tracking status shows delivered but you have not received the package, please contact your local courier first. We can assist with logistics inquiries within 60 days after shipment. Claims submitted beyond 60 days will not be accepted.

Returned Undeliverable Parcels

If parcels are returned to sender due to the buyer refusing to pay duties, incorrect address or failed pickup, all return shipping fees and re-delivery costs shall be borne by the buyer.
